Hi fishes,
I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens
Do I send a Thank You email to the recruiter?

Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. I'd say you have a 50% chance...
But seriously, there's lots of people out there learning how to do their job as they do it. If you feel you have the skills, then believe in yourself and sell yourself in the interview. You're not always going to be fully prepared for a role, but be adaptable and take initiative and trust that you'll do what you need to in order to figure it out. Good luck!
Thank you
Most companies seem to hire from within. So even though you’ve been there a short time, you might have a leg up in this situation. Sometimes I feel like they interview externally to just check the box and proceed with their internal candidate. I could be wrong, but they clearly see something in you.
