I've been working at my company as a marketing coordinator / customer service rep for the last 2 1/2 years, most of it working from 6:30pm to 3am. The pay is alright at $23 per hour, but I haven't had a raise, or even a performance review in that time. I mostly write updates to articles on the company website, and answer emails for a partner company. How do I go about asking for a raise, or is it no use after this amount of time? I really enjoy writing, but not sure where else to look for work.

If I am searching for an external audit position as a senior associate in public accounting particularly in the healthcare industry what is a competitive wage? Currently I am 1 year in as a senior associate at a top 5 firm and making less than 80k. I do not have my CPA yet but working at it. I have 3 exams left to pass.

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role.
