Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Definitely, you clearly aren't a priority for them if it's been that long since they touched base. I'd mention it if they ask, but I don't think it really matters much since you haven't actively worked with them in quite some time.
There is nothing wrong at all about moving on. 4 months is way too long and you need to do what is best for you. I don't think I would have lasted more than a couple of weeks before moving on. Not if I was actively job hunting, anyway.
