I’ve completed all the rounds for the senior data engineer position at EPAM. I shared all the requested documents with HR, and she informed me that the offer approval is pending and I should receive it by Friday last week. However, she said I’ll get it on Monday. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive anything today (Monday) either. Is this a common and expected scenario?

They released the offer and gave only 16% hike on my base and 6L less than my current CTC. I have asked them for a revision and haven’t resigned yet. HR said she will come back with revised offer but no response since last 4-5 days.
