I've finally landed an interview with the state government for a policy analyst position. It's a dream role, but I’m a bit out of my depth with the government hiring process. From what I gather, agencies might value different traits. Do you think they prefer teamwork dynamics over solo accomplishments? I want to make sure I hit the right notes. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I interviewed for TCS on 18th of September and got a mail to upload the documents later on that day itself. But after uploading the documents there is no further communication from their end.
Any idea how much time they’ll take to revert ?

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share
