I am seeing a wide band for my position [sr fpa, 60k-120k in the same area]. How do I know how to find the most accurate comp.

I'm looking to build a case for a raise and want to use what I've worked on in the company as well as outside comps.

I have got an offer from Capgemini for B2 level Consultant as an SME. Can anyone please tell me if there is a scope of becoming Team lead with this band? If yes, please do tell if there is any hike available with the Team lead role. TIA

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
