I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Years ago yes now not really especially If you already got into the program. The only concern would be internships/capstone project with companies.
like what kind of unconventional? Natural, dyed. mullet?
Yeah I think it depends on what kind of haircut you have and what kind of work you're looking to get into. If you're going into a conservative field, I do think this might be a problem for you. But if you're going into the non-profit space or certain areas in tech, for example, an unconventional haircut (or tattoos or piercings, etc) are probably actually going to help you because it makes you seem more interesting/progressive
I am sure it is a haircut or style we have seen before
It honestly depends on what kind of cut or color you have. If its something wayyyy unnatural then you might get some funny looks but at the end of the day I really woudln't worry about it.
