How unrelated is it? Had my boss telk me once not to put unrelated content but on your case it could be helpful since it shows some of the required skills. Maybe, go for it.
If it can be somehow tied in with the type of work you're applying for, then add it in. If it's completely unrelated and doesn't really tie in, then I'd say leave it off.
if you can show that they are related to the job, then go for it! I don't see why you can't put it in your resume. good luck
If you can pull it off and justify how it all relates to what you've added on, I don't see why not. Just don't steer too far away from the accuracy of the skills required.
