As a pharma marketer, no place is worth your sanity. Get the heck out of there … fast! It’s unfortunate to hear toxic cultures being tolerated. Especially in pharma… what a disappointment. But it’s very well-known through agency partners and other colleagues that the internal culture is the worst. I keep hearing it from everyone. Sad!!
