Real talk: where do you find your strongest job leads these days? Is it worth still spending hours polishing my profile, or should I just double down on the places where people actually talk?

Networking: I’m trying to build a network with MBB employees but I’m searching for roles in another country where I’ve got minimal school connections. Should I start by building a network in my home country and ask them if they can put me in touch with someone in my target location? What are people's thoughts on corporate Treasury roles, fortune 50.

What is the general compensation like and the career path after analyst? Is it more stimulating than FP&A? Does Treasury have desirable exit opportunities or do people typically continue the course and climb the company ladder?

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?
