Chores (dishes, laundry, vacuuming) and anything else that forces me to get away from my phone or computer screen for any length of time. Plus the two you already mentioned. I carry a lot of stress around each day, and nothing makes it disappear quicker than reading to my kids or taking them out for ice cream.

My dog. He is so nonjudgemental 🐶 I just have to make sure I’m not shortening his walks to make a Zoom meeting on time.
And he looks like Krypto in the new Superman movie. Thinking about adding a cape to his walks.
I often take brief breaks just to clear my head a little. Sometimes I'll go out for a walk and just moving around for a half hour does wonders. But I'll even take a break for just a few minutes, just going to get a drink of water is all I need to reset. Sometimes just looking away briefly can refresh your thinking.
Yes! Screen burnout is so real. Fresh air can solve a lot of problems!
Definitely incorporating physical activity into my breaks has helped me recharge and improve my overall well-being. Even those micro breaks, like just closing your eyes and counting to 10 or taking deep breaths or small stretches at your desk, go a long way.
I need to be better at moving my body! Such a good reminder!
