speaking from RCM pespective -Training is so focused on specific job task without holistic view of the entire RCM and it leads to team focusing on just their workqueues like in a siloed task. I wish leadership start training people not just to do the task but why and how it matters downstream

I agree with the entirely. We need the full scope rather than just surface level training.
Training? I think I received a total of three hours worth of training. Then I was thrown into the deep end and expected to figure a lot of things out myself. So, I can say my so called training didn’t prepare me for anything.

I was “trained” in a very similar fashion. Basically expected to just figure it all out in my own!

Training did not prepare me for the error that can happen with the system. I know they train on some scenarios but others you just can’t predict and you go with the flow

Absolutely! There are things that can happen that you just haven’t been prepared for.
