I did the first few weeks that I became unemployed. Then my children and wife decided to remind me that they still existed and were maintaining the same schedule as when I was employed. lol
I would recommending to try to get on a sleep schedule, even I know worries make it hard. I have gotten worse over the 2 years I have been laid off, because I didn't bother to put myself on a schedule.
are u currently unemployed ?

Yes they are, most of us here are.
I had to reread this post because same. I too been off work 2 months, doom scroll until 3 am, sleep in, then get up door dash and spark, sell items I've got around home just to pay bills. I left my last job due to receiving a better offer, went through all HR paperwork had start date, then got call from HR day before starting and was told the company decided to go in different direction. I even asked hiring manager and he was shocked and got back to me stating he was told same and unsure why. So, here I am barely surviving. Yay. Had 2 interviews yesterday, one Friday, and also applied to couple minimum wage jobs hoping to just get bill money until I get a better position. Even those are dragging feet wanting rounds of interviews for minimum wage.
