Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Moving from startups to a large, corporate environment usually means adjusting to more structure, multiple layers of approval, and less flexibility in how things get done. The pace can feel slower, but processes are more defined, and there’s a greater emphasis on compliance and communication.

Generally roles are more clearly defined as well, allowing deeper focus on the work you were hired to do. Our hiring managers specialize in particular parts of the company and get very good at sourcing candidates for the roles that align.
It's definitely a lot more structured and a lot less flexible. At startups, if an employee wanted to push back against a policy, I'd go to the big boss and ask and often they'd get their way. In corporate? Forget it.
Getting decisions made will be harder than it should be. You’ll feel a marked lack of authority.
There are pros and cons to both but for the most part corporate jobs are a little more secure. It will definitely be more structured and may not be as laid back as you are used to. But it will definitely still have perks.

i think part of working for a big organization means that you will wear fewer hats ( if you enjoy that) and your role will become much more specialized
