Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

You must have hands on experience in these tools. Theoretical knowledge wont help you crack the interviews in devops
hands on is much needed. when i interview folks i do not ask about tools/tech, most of my questions are around real life scenarios which one can answer only if they have worked on those in real world.
knowledge != experience
depends on experience, if overall experience is less than a year or two then i would look for learning experiences that candidate has displayed over this time. is he/she willing to learn and have atleast their concepts clear on what is required from them. hands on does not mean that you have to be in a live project. there are tons of other ways to replicate or execute scenarios in personal setups to understand the architecture.
Basics are good only if your concepts gets clear with it. Someone never worked in these area even basic courses will not suffice. For e.g. a basic idea in these tools will never help anyone answer this question “how do you compress a docker image ?”
So how to gain experience without attending interview and how to get the job?
start with ops and automating those ops actions. over the period of time you will be able to employ tools for such automations leading to integration of multiple such tools/technologies.
