Most people who work remotely today have worked in the office before getting a remote job; that's not a problem. You have to show you can deliver and work effectively without having someone to micromanage you, and that's great!
I was in the same situation last year when I switched from in-office accounting to fully remote. I made sure my resume highlighted skills that matter for remote work, like managing deadlines independently, using accounting software without direct supervision, and communicating clearly through email and chat. During interviews, I gave examples of times I worked on projects with minimal oversight or coordinated with colleagues in other locations. That helped employers see I could handle remote work even without having done it before.
