Hey everyone,
I'm currently looking for a new opportunity in people ops at more of an associate/manager level that's remote, preferably at a startup or small org? Does anyone have any insight into looking for these types of roles or leads? Appreciate any help as I've been struggling to find these type of opps.

No luck on LinkedIn or Indeed? Maybe you can approach it from the other way around - find a few companies you think you'd like to work for and see if they are hiring? Good luck to you!

like

No unfortunately no luck on LI or Indeed. I'll try that approach! Thank you.

Hi! Consider networking with some recruiters who can add you to their shortlist for open or upcoming HR opportunities. I never knew this was a thing but a recruiter was hired to fill my current position. She had several HR positions she was trying to fill for different clients. She talked me through each of the opportunities that aligned with my background, we narrowed the options, and I interviewed with one and got it! I would suggest trying this path out.

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

Can i expect the offer letter to be released? If yes when?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.
