I once made a role shift change after 16 years in an accounting firm to a non profit as office manager with more administration work. I was a lot happier. Met new people and learned so many new tasks other than just working with numbers. It was a hard descion but glad I did it. Still I tooknon some accounting pt work on the side. Change is good.
