I actually don’t think I have seen this before? Is the top cheese and is it on noodles?
Cincinnati style 3-way (spaghetti, chili, & cheese) on left and 2 cheese coneys (small half-length hotdogs, chili, & cheese, traditionally also including mustard & fresh diced onion) on the right.
One never, ever eats a 3-way (or 4-way with kidney beans or onions, or 5-way with both)like spaghetti. One turns the plate such that the short axis is side-to-side, and cuts through the layers of cheese, chili, and spaghetti with your fork, like you would a slice of pie, ensuring you get the proper proportion of each ingredient in each bite.
The only condiment, if desired, is Tabasco sauce. I use precisely 4 drops on each coney - one for each bite. None in the 3-way. One uses oyster crackers to sop up any extra chili on the plate.
