If i accept the offer letter from Accenture and if I haven't joined. Will they block me for the future?

Going back to work next month. Have a full time nanny but feel like even that isnt enough. I work all sorts of timezones. Europe has my morning, Asia has my evening. Nanny 9-5? 7-3? 10-6? No clue what will work best and don’t want to be inconsistent with her. Any advice on the return?

Came here to say that I wish I could fully express to my non-parent colleagues how much their support has meant to me.
