B.Arch graduate with accumulated 4 yrs of experience(2 yrs Architect + 2 yrs Design Manager) in a small firm 10-20 people. Now, I'm want to progress my career transition into management role in a bigger company.
But I've encountered a hurdle,most bigger companies require 10 yrs of experience for a Design Manager role. Considering this, I'd appreciate advice on
*What job roles should I apply for that align with my experience and skills?
*What is the typical salary range for these roles?

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I am having 8yrs of overall experience working in HCM out of which last 4yrs in Workday, I got an offer of of 15 fixed and 4 variable from Accenture. What is the market standard for this experience?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

So I pulled an all nighter on Monday to do this thing, spend Tuesday like a zombie (and I had 5 calls!!!) then on 6PM the senior reviewing my work came back with comments that I needed to turn “ASAP”. I was so tired I just said I would not because I needed to sleep. I sent them today at 1:30 PM.
