I’ve heard mixed results about the ROI of earning an MBA. My near future goal is to move into a Marketing Director (or senior manager) role.

1) How much does Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc. value MBAs in the hiring process?

2) Anyone currently working at the companies above with only a BBA?

I'm a product manager at a small start-up with ~3 years professional experience. Been offered a VC internship, or a PM role at a post series B startup. I like the idea of VC, but the internship is at a non-prestige VC. Is it worth taking it anyway, or staying in product and switching to VC when I'm more senior?

So I recently accepted a 12 month contract-hire position at a much larger company. Pay is more than 50% of my salary, and benefits/401k is covered by the recruiting agency. I was confident in my now manager, who told me directly this will become a permanent role. I have around 8 YOE as a ruby on rails developer. I have total 3 offers in hand.

1. Bacancy PVT as lead developer 32 lpa fixed (remote).
2. Epam as Senior software 33 lpa fixed (remote).
3. Infobeans limited as lead consultant 33 + 1 lac variable pay.
4. Encora (in final round of interview)

I would like to know more about infobeans (WLB) as the interview process was average so I don't have much information about the client or team.
