Too Late To Ask for Sign On Bonus?

Received an offer yesterday and was not offered sign on bonus, however I just remember I need to pay back a portion of my EY sign on bonus...Is it too late to bring it up and ask for a sign on bonus now?

So...bonus was abysmal and I whined...but I had no idea that the profit sharing would be even more pathetic. Fuck this shit.
