all of my teammate doing wfh only. Mailed my
project manager and people manager for
location change to pune they agreed but
coimbatore location head not agree. What
should i do ? What happen if i didnt follow WFO
policy as im getting mail to come office.

I work for a small engineering consultancy and I've been really struggling with just work, direction and career satisfaction, to the point its effecting my performance
I"ve been in the engineering industry for nearly 4 years and I'm still on a graduate contract, mainly because I've had 4 different engineering jobs in 4 years (2 i was made rendundant) but this is really offputting as everyone i know with a similar experience to me is earning about 20-30% more than i do

Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? For IBM Generally how many day it took to generate offer letter after filling the background details & candidate forms online.

I got an offer from IBM earlier they didn't discuss the salary and directly sent the offer letter, now I have another offer which is 1.3 lacs more than the IBM's offer. Will IBM counter that offer and provide matching or slightly more than what I received from the other firm?
