I am Serving notice (resigned January) and gained an offer with 18LPA CTC at the product company, showing CCTC as 11 LPA. Now, the current company releases a hike letter (effective from January, but released today) giving 15LPA.

Please tell me if the new company can accept this. What ways can I increase the current company hike, if I don't have another offers?

The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?

I need your advice here, I have recently cleared the bloomreach interview and from very begining of the processes I have informed them about the offer I already had.
I have a offer of value : X amount base +50 k variable.

Even After sharing that offer breakup they have shared their offer as below:
Base : X - 4 + 5% variable and 6 L joining bonus.
I don't think it's right decision to accept this one as I already have an offer of X amount which is 4 L

I have an offer in hand from MakeMyTrip 20 L fixed + 2L joining bonus. I have a verbal offer from ola electric 20L fixed + 2L joining bonus + 2L variable pay. Ninjacart is yet to make me an offer and they asked me for the offer letter in hand. I'm waiting for ola's offer letter so that ninjacart will make an offer on top of that. But ola is willingly not sending me the offer letter soon. I plan to join MMT finally by making them match the highest offer. How to leverage this situation better?
