Ladies, how would you feel?
I left a toxic job, joined a new one, and shortly after found out I was pregnant. I shared the news a few months in (once it was medically safe to announce) and went on mat leave after ~8-9 months.
But now I'm hearing leadership holds it against me and resents me.
I still have a few months of mat leave left, but this has been weighing on me and making me question everything-even though staying back would've hurt my health.
Has anyone been through something similar?

Got offer and accepted but other firm that I applied ask for additional interview. Please advisd how to tell them "no" nicely ?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞

Do i really need to be in the office?
