Fage yogurt, protein powder, apple and granola - mix it all together and it usually does the trick! 2-3pm though is tough and a late lunch if you’re eating breakfast at i assume sometime between 7-9am. How about a small snack in between—protein bar, fruit?
I love doing a filet of steak, eggs, and beans/mushrooms. I put them all in one pan and use butter to cook! So delicious, and honestly, I don't even need a lunch after all of that.
A meat, fat & fiber source, eggs and fruit. How much time are we talking?

I meal prep little breakfast sandwiches on the weekend and just heat them up. I like 1 of these with some fruit or 2 sandwiches if I might just be skipping lunch.
1 pack Hawaiian rolls (or any rolls)
8 eggs
Couple tbsp milk/ half & half/ cream
3/4 lb deli ham
Sliced cheese (havarti or pepperjack are good)
Couple tbsp butter
Seasonings
Preheat oven to 350. Spray or butter a square baking dish. Crack 8 eggs directly in. Season with salt, pepper, and anything else you want. Drizzle on milk/ cream. With a knife, break the yolks and swirl them around, but don't scramble. Bake for 10-15 mins until top is no longer jiggly. While cooking, melt butter in a small bowl. Add seasonings (I like a little mustard, poppyseeds or everything bagel seasoning, and seasoning salt).
Get a section of rolls that is about the same size as the dish you used for your eggs (usually 9-12 for me). Cut the roll chunk in half lengthwise, but try to keep the rolls together. Put the bottom section on a sheet tray.
If desired, spread honey mustard or jam on the bottom section of rolls. Put ham on top. Once eggs are done, turn them out of the baking dish directly onto ham layer. Put cheese slices on top. Put the roll top layer back on. Brush with the butter topping.
Throw the sheet tray in the oven until cheese is melted. Allow to cool slightly and then cut into individual sandwiches.
