Laptop talk — I know everyone is always saying the Lenovo X1 Carbon is the way to go in IB, but I recently picked up a Lenovo X1 2in1 (used to be called X1 Yoga) and this thing is wonderful! Love the ability to write with the pen in onenote, like the metal case (and I actually prefer a not fully black laptop, so I like the gunmetal), it’s light / small enough to act as a passable tablet, versatile, and of course like any thinkpad, it has the separate page up/down keys. Don’t sleep on the 2in1!

What are realistic expectations for 3rd Year Analyst / Direct Promote Associate bonus range at a BB? Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k).
