It’s true - audit compliance. You have to say if it’s an audit client, if not, just say not an audit client.
If it’s in your employment agreement, confidentiality agreement, or anything else you have signed for EY then yes. Otherwise no.
For reference I have rarely seen this included in anything but a non-compete.
Yes for audit compliance. I don’t think they can force.
