Look into if EY does something like Milk Stork! RSM does and it was so helpful! They provided a cooler for flying with milk and a box was waiting for me at my hotel that I could then use to ship milk back to my house.

EY has a lactation program that includes travel kits to ship milk home. Visit Better You or contact Leave Management Team for info
I know it’s hard to leave when they’re 6 months but it will be ok. With two in the 20+ category, trust me, you need time to be you vs mommy. It allows you to enjoy both parts.
I cried during my first trip away but also got my first night of decent sleep in months.
Ask to have a refrigerator in your room and look into what your company offers to ship milk back. I also packed a small insulated bag with freezer packs to bring back whatever milk I didn’t ship.
It’s as bad as it feels but goes by quick!! Plus your husband will be even more grateful for you when you return! EY has a great program that allows you to ship your milk home, so don’t worry about that.
Also, don’t pump in the airport bathroom. There are nursing rooms at the airport.
