but i want to work in Java development and I have learned spring mvc, spring boot and I have good knowledge on core java, collections

Will be it be good decision to directly get a job as a experienced candidate by telling I have experience on Java(2years)
or
I shouldn't lie about my prior experience on oracle .

Mine’s the hours, which is not normally my issue. I billed 230 for June and July and am already at 145 for August. My ability to focus is getting worse by the day, so I’m working longer to bill the same hours and have had to pull a couple all nighters. I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted. I am so proud person that immediately after knowing that I will not be promoted, I wrote resignation. What is your action plan in this case? Will you resign? And I am not afraid of being unemployed, I have some cash for such case.
