My Goals this year were to not work any weekends this year and to not worry more about cases than my attorney. I worked at least 1 weekend a month last year. Billed amazing! 1 1/2 or double what my cost was.
My boss told me evey month how good i billed and how much money we brought in the month prior.
Im expecting a nice Xmas bonus and a good raise. Nope, bonus was the same amount as the year before, and I got a .50 raise for the year. 😐.

My first goal was to get a new job. Did that over the summer. Now I am just getting settled in as they finally get my workload where it needs to be to make my hours, and I try to get used to the higher billing requirements. My last firm was pretty low, and counted things this firm does not. So that part is a big change.
