Looking at applying for a part-time IT Support Technician job at BioSpectra Inc, Wind Gap PA but have concern over the number of less than complimentary reviews the company has tallied up.

Does anyone have experience in working there in their IT department, Wind Gap PA where the job is advertised?

Just trying to get a realistic handle on how good/bad the company is like in the IT department. Many thanks.

The IT Department "laid off" 40% of their personnel at the end of 2024.

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏
