Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

If you have to ask… you probably need an agent
I’d also add the negotiable part is really difficult right now and if anything fees have gone up. Every realtor is part of a larger brokerage. Those brokerages are unwilling to reduce fees even if the individual realtor is. Why? All the major brokerages have a massive incentive to dig their heels in to maintain status quo. It’s just created a stupid environment that is collusive in nature. It’s going to take someone shaking it up with innovation or more litigation to shift things.

Selling is one thing but unless you're an investor who knows what they're doing no one is going to treat you seriously as a buyer.
there is a property that friends of ours are selling. They’ve not listed yet, don’t have or want an agent/broker. Maybe you’re right, but in this instance getting a seller to treat me seriously isn’t an issue. Just trying to see if the people here had any actual advice/recommendations.
I found a local lawyer that does this via MetLife legal plans a lot so he has a whole playbook he sent me. It’s wildly simple.
I think you should find an agent to help because their to much risk associated with selling without one. Also note the laws changed for sellers and buyer about commissions. , if that is your concern.
See my point above on laws. It’s not functioning as a negotiable market.
Realtors work off fear that they hold some key to the process. An attorney is actually way, way better suited to this task.
