Looking for advice. We are a growing company, many people are disgruntled and complain. It seems like it's the culture- expected and not corrected by leaders. We are seeing zero turnover. Thoughts on how to implement change to a more positive environment?

Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

I have been interviewing nonstop since I lost my job early September. Rejection after rejection burning through my savings. I picked up some freelance and reached out to a previous boss.

This is a question about friendships. Two friends got into a really bad fight this past weekend. They have each asked me to hang out this weekend. What do I do? I don’t want to have to choose sides. What applications/process have you installed since the start of COVID-19 to electronically gather employee conifential information? My client is too small to have an HRIS or electronic document storage/collection. Thinking of using a shared Google Drive but worry about how confidential/locked down that will be. One item they are struggling with is getting I9 documentation since a lot of the office staff are remote. Any suggestions are welcomed!
