Erosner person, your site is terrible. Not your skills but your site itself. You have way way WAY too many things on it so it creates white noise and I can’t be bothered to look at any of it in more detail. You should be showing 10-15 of your very best projects. It’s just too much for my brain and I doubt you’ll get much work from it because it’s just too overwhelming to appreciate any of the work itself.

Sure! Ping me :)

What kind of role are you looking for? I want to make sure I’m the right person to be looking for. I’ve realized recently that getting your book reviewed by someone in the type of role you want to be in is more important than simple reviews.

How did I have this figured out? I had 180 ° different reviews of my book in 4 hours; one person said they didn’t have feedback, and the other said they had a bunch. The only difference was the markets of the particular reviewer.

Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Does anyone here work for any public accounting firms in the Charlotte area with a decent work life balance? I am looking to go somewhere where I can focus on a few clients for longer periods of time rather than constantly bouncing around. I find it much less stressful to put in longer hours if it's a client that I have been scheduled on long term.

Hi everyone,

I have got the ey hr mail stating i should provide him with aadhar card, information sheet and latest resume for a audit and assurance contract for 6 months as iam a semi qualified CA.

Here my question is should i take this opportunity. Cause since this is only for 6 months. After that, what i can do, where should I try to get the job?

In mid size firms, people won't pay as much as big 4 pays.

Should I take it or am I making a mistake by taking this.

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!

Looking for honest opinions: would you trust career advice from someone who doesn’t necessarily have a background in career coaching but has always been “that friend” that everyone calls for career advice, resumes, salary negotiations etc?
I have a long background in management and have been very successful in climbing the ladder but I would love to start career coaching on the side. Any feedback is helpful!

CW salary at FB/Meta within the Creative X group? I keep seeing posts for copywriter positions that require 6 years of experience so I’m assuming even though they call it copywriter it’s more in line with senior / ACD agency salary.

I see this question about how to display side projects often, so putting this out there for anyone who might find it useful:

There’s no such thing as side projects, in my eyes. Every project is an opportunity to display your creativity, and the few you’re most proud of make it to your book. Generally, the consensus these days is that we want our advertising to not look/feel like advertising. So, why should you be concerned to separate what was and wasn’t “advertising?”
