While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)

HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. I had a good feedback, promotion also supported but the green dot of scatter plot is down ..i was expecting upward
My manager told me that this year bel curve is reintroduced and due certain process change in scatter plot , difference is expected( its mentioned in mail also) but she has assured that everything is fine and promotion is also supported but due to bellcurve, normalization has taken place .rest they have given good feedback..any comments/suggestion?
