I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

You already have a great offer, unless you have some brand/stability related concerns, i'd suggest not going to EY as a M/SM/Dir even if they offer 45 L.

Yup I also thought so that's why leaving D. So, hardly thinking for EY but thought atleast to get the opinion of others. The firm which I am joining has very good work life balance and managerial role with 38LPA. And good future as well along with lot of new learning and travel opportunities. Hope my decision will turn out to be good. But I think if I try for EY or any other firm, I can easily reach out to 40-42LPA. So, what shall I do in that case? Looking for some great responses. Thinking for a long time commitment.
Target 45. Go for 42+. Or ask for more for fixed pay and less variable pay.
