Like your team lead would give you some work on Friday and the deadline would be on Monday. So you'll have to work overtime or over the weekend to finish it on time.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Now HR is restarting my ET as a new employee. I realize I left, but not on bad terms and I am an exemplar and respected employee. HELP! Company wants me to move to the US for a Remote role - Is this reasonable? Hi, I'm moving through the stages for a Remote US role as a Canadian candidate. They mentioned if I were to be offered, expectation is I'd move to the US. I find this odd as the role is Remote but guess it's legal purposes. I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.

Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. I know its been 6 months and all but my question is should they be choosing DXC over Accenture wherein Accenture is providing so many facilities like vaccination reimbursement, vaccination drive, family support, financial support to setup office space and all.

Presently, I am paid decently in TCS...got offers from KPMG and LTI...but then couldn't accept them and stopped my job search ...

But if at some point when I would feel saturated with the work at TCS...
