Calendly for self scheduling.
If you use gmail/google suite they have self scheduling for premium users.
Same with outlook, there is a tool called Microsoft bookings.
Thank you!
We use a product called GoodTime Meet over Calendly as the free version gives unlimited link types. There’s a paid version with some additional features but we have not needed to use that yet (I work for a high volume recruiting company)
Looking at Paradox. Have calendly now for those who want to use it. Low adoption as we can’t tie to Teams—it lacks federal certifications needed for my org.
Have used calendly, done manual scheduling in Outlook (the worst), and we recently implemented Paradox. It’s integrated with our ATS.
It’s been going well so far. We completed an extended pilot last year, and if reduced our time to schedule (for interviews where we could use it) by 90%. We’re only using for virtual right now. We also have some fairly complex interview structures. The more you can streamline and standardize the interview process, the better it will work for you.
