Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express
How can we do better to remember this?

If you let one missed trade wreck your confidence, you don’t have a system—you have a hope. Pros take losses and missed entries every day and keep moving. Either trust your edge or go back to paper trading.
You are too emotional to be a trader.
Setting and forgetting. As long as you're confident in your hypothesis and not buying short dated contracts, you shouldn't worry about volatility. If anything, you should be excited about it because it creates so much opportunity.
Ugh sorryt o hear that. No reason to continue to spiral though, might as well use it as a lesson for next time and remember you trust your gut.
In order to really make it as a trader you have to learn how to embrace volatility and uncertainty. Otherwise it's best to just stay out of the market. If you are feeling some type of way it's better to exit and wait for another opportunity. Because there will always be another opportunity. What has worked for months in the past is different now because this is a different market than 2024.
