Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

It’s a lazy way to manage employees, in my opinion. I can trust an employee based on seeing that they are getting work done. The output and results should speak for themselves. Mouse movement and little green activity lights are just ways to make employees feel mistrust and game the system.
Absolutely agree. If you can't trust employees then why allow home working. I've also worked somewhere where on Saturday's you'd work in a pair and there was a camera in the office and then on a Monday management would watch through it and moan about everything you did. I used to dread Mondays.

I agree above, it is a lazy way to manage employees. Their work morale will say a lot about what they think of their job and their effort they put in.
Its so nit picky. One of the benefits of working in an office is that you an have a chat, make a drink, as long as the work gets done.
