MBB folks who moved to Google - how is the work culture? I derive a lot of energy from problem-solving, working with my team to refine answer, presenting to senior stakeholders. Does that exist at Google in an individual contributor role? Do people within teams do joint problem solving or everyone is sort of doing their own thing in isolation?

I have 5 years exp in (GCP cloud predominant for 3 years now) DevOps field in Financial Services area including FinTech (Fidelity Investments), Bank (HSBC) & Insurance(CNA Insurance - currently working).
