Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

I'm a partner with young kids and feel like I'm missing out on too much of their lives. In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. On my W2 federal wages are the same as NY state wages, how do I track down my New York w2 wages without access to my detailed timesheets?
