Was looking to move up in our company but from what I’m understanding, we have to have a degree in management. How would I go about trying to move up in and out of my position without a degree?

Many in my MBa program are hyper grade focused. Do grades matter that much post MBA for future job opps at all? My approach has been to balance academics with relationship building and practicing exec presence and for me, pivoting to a new industry

I got H1B visa and 83K USD petition amount as annual package. Here I and my wife both are working and earning 50LPA together. How does approval process usually work with rolex ADs? I have a purchase history with a current AD and been on a waitlist for a while. Got a msg saying they have one in system and waiting to get approval to sell me one, but no promises. Does this mean I am likely to get one soon?

How do Rolex waitlists work with respect to different models? Like if an AD could let me have a Sub, Exp 1 or 2, DJ, GMT, etc I would honestly take whatever is available first. Are there lists for specific models or is it sort of just one big pool?

Surprisingly the Moonwatch felt smaller (even though it’s 42mm vs 41mm Aqua terra) but I’m not sure about the manual wind tbh - worried I’d break it
