Meta PMs - what guidance do you have for new applicants?

I’m a PM currently in the video security industry working with video based products from both HW and SW side. I’m interested in working with the Meta/Ray-ban glasses or anything AR/VR related.

I’m in the DMV area and would like to ideally stay here and would love to learn more about the work life balance, effort, stress, work load, product success, and overall experience working at Meta and or specifically in the ARVR product space.

How is it to work in Standard Chartered Bank Bangalore as a C++ Senior developer with 11 years exp.
Can pls suggest work environment and culture in SCB ?
And what can the salary to ask in SCB .
Currently hold 2 offers the highest one is 25L fixed
