OBs/Family Docs/Midwives: Recent publications on placental transfer of COVID and possibly related miscarriages is kind of unsettling. Recent AJOG pre print: “11 SARS-CoV2 swabs were of placentas or membranes were collected from COVID-19 positive pregnant patients. Three of 11 swabs were positive, and none of the infants tested positive through day of life 5 and remained asymptomatic for COVID-19.”

Any obvious downside in going to PE ops from consulting?
Currently at ~240 TC in MBB have offer for ~315 TC + small amount of carry; sounds like similar amount of travel except I can wfh (and move from a HCOL city). Probably lose my protected weekends and WLB, but is there anything else I’m not considering?

Whew I used to work as a home health nurse and when they said old people will forget everything but racism that sh*t is true!! The amount of times I got hard r'd, had older men say insane things to me about my skin color or my childbearing abilities. Chile I could write a book. Anybody else dealt with this? I need to vent because I’m so annoyed with myself. I have been on a journey to become an employee of Amazon Care. I have been connecting with recruiters, sending out messages and literally trying to manifest this through meditation, action and hope. So I wrote a big wig from Amazon Care - I used a template and tweaked it to my personal style. Why did I forget to edit the name from the template! I spent 20 minutes rearranging and editing the message and STILL FORGOT TO CHECK THE NAME!
