Moved to an end user as I thought my work life balance would improve dramatically. Had two other offers with large consulting firms for 50-60k more. We have consultants that are working for us but they are lazy and have no sense of urgency. I definitely work harder than they do but it should be reversed…… no pt to this post. Just venting,
