Lowest Greenville has gotten SO awesome! I was there a few weeks ago and couldn't believe how nice it is! I lived at the Vue in 2008-10 and the area was so ghetto. Like I was nervous to get home after dark level ghetto.

I used to live in the Marquis of State Thomas and it was my favorite apartment. I would move back there if I needed to. Great management team and convenient location.
Used to live at the Jordan. Concierge team is fantastic and apartments are awesome.
I lived near Katy Trail 5 years ago, the complex name was Villas At Katy Trail, and it was not bad for the price, had all the perks, walking distance to everywhere, pool, gym, trail gate. The office personnel was always prompt and willing to help. I loved it while I lived there.
I’m in State Thomas neighborhood and love it. Check out condos and townhomes being rented out by owners directly. They may skew pricier but depending on your budget can be a good alternative to a building.

I’ve been at the BRADY for two years. Located in uptown right on the Kady trail next to Ice House and highly recommend it! Very quiet, well managed, and rooftop pool. Happy to refer you for a tour.
