My boss and clients are high demanding people. They have required a lot of above and beyond thst makes people work 12-15 hour days and often weekends. I’m concerned that this burnout culture is taking its toll on my creative team but no one seems to do anything about it. I’ve brought it up with creative heads to no avail. My EVP is concerned that there just isn’t enough work for the people around. But everyone is working like mad. Help!
